First that post of Sage threesome is just a fanart made by dpc himself which is not part of the main game. Second there is no multiple protagonist, there is only one but there is multiple path you can take. Lastly regarding ntr alot of people are just bored because there is no episode release this year.

Well it says multiple protagonist, but in truth fuckface is the main protagonist. If you consider the L.I. as protagonist then it is multiple protagonist. It is kinda vague what makes a game has multiple protagonist.
