I know dating Jill blocks one and dating Maya kills the whole thing, and not winning the mansion mini-game blocks one scene, but are there any others? Like dating Sage (we see her getting jealous but does it have any repercussions?) or anything from season 3? I doubt Bella since nobody knows about it.

I was waiting a bit, not to get embarassed again by Spock, but...

Even if he didn't answer in 1 minute I still honestly don't remember, my only save chasing Quinn I pretty much skipped everyone else, well except some of the other various DIK side choices, sorry mate.

Having played her route over 25 times, I'd say not taking the restaurant offer is the only other scene that blocks scenes with Quinn. Everything else is as you said

She has additional lines of dialogues with the MC if he wins her challenge in episode 9. Having previously date Sage or Bella before season 3 has no consequence.
