The name Priscilla is pretty rare, I don't know a parent who would name their daughter that name. Only if the father or mother is an Elvis fan (Priscilla Presley is Elvis Presley's wife).
But it is most likely that DPC was just googling a rare name on the internet and the name Priscilla seemed quite suitable to him: it is mysterious, noble and quite rare.
He might as well have used the name Salome or Galatea, which are traditional female characters in operas.

I'd say is mostly a christian name (due to the fact it has roman origins?), I'm half Italian, spent a good part of my life there and personally know 2 Priscilla.

You may be right, but Quinn's father doesn't seem like a religious man who would name his daughter a strange name like Priscilla.
Theory: Quinn's father is Patrick, and Maya and Quinn are sisters.
Later in the show we learn that Patrick had a mistress who gave birth to a daughter he named Priscilla.
