Yeah, BADIK is that kind of story. Technically there are a lot of plot threads, but they are woven into a complicated pattern. They need to progress together.
The episode can be divided by freeroam. The freeroam is always in the middle of the game. This was the case in ep8 and ep10. It logically divides the game into two parts.
It's kind of the point that Maya is an actual feminist while Wendy, Dany etc. are just a different type of wrong. I suppose you could have Maya biting Dany's head off when she is being a cunt to Jamie, but the relationship needs to progress a bit further. At this time Maya isn't close enough to the other DIKs to intervene like that. If she gets into a fight over MC or Derek she has a personal bias and Dany (or whoever) can just ignore her.

His M.O. has always been "I'll deliver however much I feel like, when it's ready, regardless of timeline." The only saving grace is that he has always feel like delivering more quantity than what is realistically necessary, so quantity has never been an issue.
Do you know how a characterization works? Here it doesn't work just by saying that a character is something, but by making it clear by how they behave. Otherwise it's just "cosmetic." Normally if you talk to a girl several times you can tell.

Quinn isn't a main, but there are at least two levels of sides. Camila, Mona, Sarah, Mel, Sandy and Rose have scenes but no real relationship. Quinn, Riona, Lily, Nicole and Jade definitely have a relationship. A potential third group would be those who seem likely to have a relationship, but have very little progress. Nora is a late entry, but practically guaranteed to get more content. Cathy has history but was away for a long time. Heather has been off limits until very recently. And of course there is Zoey.So, 7th March release then, optimistically speaking. guess I better get all my saves up to date for Ep 10.
Actually, maybe you guys can help me, I'm half way through my Quinn and Maya (solo) playthroughs, but I have other potentials that I'm not convinced are required. yet.
Obviously I have the six main LI paths (Josy / Maya solo paths, and Quinn. yes Quinn is a main LI, she was just 'hidden'. you only got her by actively pursuing her, while the others kind of fall into your lap.)
Bella / Jill love triangle - Haven't played through ep10 is there unique content? is it necessary?
Sarah + Mel - I've gone maybe a third of the way through Ep10, but it doesn't seem necessary? does anything happen at the campsite with them?
Lily / Nicole / Nora - I have 'others' that I've branched off for each of them, but debating to go back and do full plays for them, or Lily at least. Maybe Nora?
Rio / Zoe - again, branched off an 'others' for Rio, but not sure either of them need their own yet.
Camilla / Jade / Cathy - Unnecessary I believe. unlikely they will have their own path. maybe Jade following the divorce?
Vixens - I only did this because I was expecting some kind of lewd scene the morning after the party, but fuck all, nothing! I think this is a dead path.
