I also know Sage is agnostic to affinity, but she has special scenes if you're dik but special dialogue if you're Chick when talking to Josy/Maya if you left the throuple

It's an illusion of choice from DPC, I assume there would be nothing in the stolen documents that would allow the loan to be canceled. Either Derek comes home later and steals the documents to help Maya.
Otherwise, DPС needs to create two branches of Maya, one with stolen documents, one without. One branch creates some possibilities and variables, the other branch creates others, and things go on from there. This is too complicated, DPC would just get confused.
It makes sense to create such complex сhoices late in the game, but not so early.
Well secondly, we've already gotten some joint previews of Maya and Josy where Maya doesn't look sad.
The anal scene between Maya and Josy might be a bonus if the documents were stolen, but nothing more than that.
Creating a code as complex as you described is insane.

Well the story is built so that no matter how you play Jill will have a crush on MC. Her path is those emotions getting strong enough for her to give an actual relationship a try. But even if you avoid her path she will feel at least slightly betrayed on Bella's path.

in my first run, i accidentally rejected Jill by telling her i am not nice guy. (i though she will admire my honesty, wanting fix me and cant resist the bad boy charm. well, wasnt lucky guess ) we were only friends after that. she hadnt crush on me.

That took me forever to work out why I couldn't get that scene when others could see it. I didn't realize that fighting the DIKs (I mean Jocks) back in EP 2 (which I did on every path) was blocking it.

But I have hope! Ep 10 ending has two branches regardless of path. You get the documents or you fail. What I speculate is that Josy centric drama is about to drop on us. If you got the documents it's like J&M just can't get a break, but this time it's Maya's turn to be supportive and they will pull through. If you didn't get the documents Josy's drama is the last straw and they break up.

I'm somewhere in the middle on this.

I do think there's a fork coming where Josy and Maya split (particularly if you never throupled in chapter 4), but I don't think it's anything to do with whether or not you got the documents.

My guess is that either the documents allow Maya to resolve her loan issues, and something else comes up that does the same job if you failed to get them, or they don't resolve anything and getting them leaves her in much the same situation as not.

And then either way Tremolo has a decision that determines whether or not Maya and Josy break up.

Maybe Maya is still not ready to go public with Josy despite no longer having her father controlling her tuition fees, and it's your choice whether to encourage Josy to be patient, or validate her blowing up about it.
