There definitely will be this "DPC said this" is a weak argument.

To be fair even if DPC was to go that way... The thruple is the only path you could ever really get a situation like AL. That is to say, the rest of the main girls have no second girl competing with them where the choice has any meaningful impact.

DPC could quite easily give the player the choice of Josy/Maya or both and still it wouldn't be the AL situation. Making whatever crap DPC said about this true (i actually don't know what he actually said in regards to this as its been thrown around so much in various forms. All with different meanings and interpretations)

The character was able to steal the documents. I tested this with every love interest, Jill's, Bella's, Sage's, Others and told Josy when I was in J&M path. This allowed me to steal the docs.

If Sage isn't present you get one suspicion point from Patrick and can no longer both punch him and get the documents. If you were rude to the max when you first met Patrick, you can't get the document's if the Chick option isn't available no matter how well you behave. I'm pretty sure that gets you the six suspicion points even if Sage is there. If Sage isn't there then it's definitely impossible. It depends on if the Neutral option was worth two or three suspicion points.

you can still get it, so the suspicion points is telling josy, being rude and being a dik in general. There is a guide on the number of suspicion points, I was able to do it even without being a dik like was stated before
