Do you guys think DPC will remaster Season 1+2 after finishing Season 3 in 2027, before starting Season 4?
Seems likely in my opinion.
Spring 2025 = Release of Episode 11
Winter 2027 = Release of Episode 12
2028 = Remaster of Season 1 and 2 (as break for DPC kinda like the Interlude)

Absolutely not. If he ever does do that, it won't be until the game is finished which means after S4 is done. And even then, it would only be a visual upgrade and no new story additions as per is own words.

What's the difference?

The difference is that if he did a remaster before it's over then new content takes even longer to arrive.
