As a teenager in the early 2000's the whole Emo/Scene look was real big, tatt's piercing's and bright colored hair, have to admit a bias for that even now. With VN's I usually just ignore the tatt's themselves since the variety may be limited but I love the general style and Intent.

Well... Depends on where and the quality, right? There are some tattoos that really looks like they've been done in prison with ballpen tincture...

And there are some that are so tacky, like... Script tattoos... Usually, it's some "eMpOwErInG" kitsch quote that makes my eyes roll...

And I also think tattoos ask for a certain style... now that tattoos are trendy, I see some people (in the real world) totally dressed as normies with usually some awkward tattoos (like some quote or name of a lover, some religious shit, or the drawing of a face of a kid or lover)... Kinda cringey for me...

For me it's all on a case-by-case basis... If it fits well, great; if not, pass... I have neither tattoophobia nor tattoophilia...
