I wouldn't mind to test Bella to see how much of "college Bella" is still left in her. We already see a small part of that on the Bella route (when she happens to tire out even MC while having more than enough energy herself left) and I would like to see more of that.

I think riona does die, there was a bunch of foreshadowing with Riona like telling camilla, they will do something together in the future (Usually a death sentence), they start to go more into riona's personal issues despite being a secondary character, closely tied up to quinn.
Furthermore if Vinny wants to send a message for quinn to back down, nothing says more of a message than either holding riona hostage or killing her.

Don't get me wrong, its the perfect timing, MC and her finally started a romance route and MC still hasn't completed
Even when you've done nothing with her she is still pretty chill and friendly with the MC, he will be affected either way. More importantly major plot players like Quinn and Sage will be impacted the most and the MC interacts with them all the time.
I think, if some has to die, now its the perfect moment, HOWEVER, she is a major fan favorite character, DPC might shy away from pulling the Acting Lessons after promising no more Acting Lessons this time around.
Hell, she is so beloved that even talks about her sex life stopped in like ep2, you don't see her being fondled by jocks, or hear the DIKS talk about her anymore. That give me hope that DPC realized he would do himself a disservice in losing such a beloved character and most will view it both as a betrayal from him and a plot point done solely for shock value.

I think so as well, and if not something else terrible will happen to her. Question is though, how long will it be that the other characters except for Quinn (who heard the assault on Riona happening) find out about it. It's kind of strange that except for the Quinn and the phone call with Sage previews all others seem so happy, as if they don't know for (almost) the complete episode something terrible has happened. Although I must admit that we only see a couple of previews from Hots and the majority are of people (except Tremolo) that have little to nothing to do with Rinoa.
I think if Rio dies, she'll come back at the end and get revenge on Quinn lke in the book The Count of Monte Cristo

She indeed seems smart enough for it. Depending on how dumb Vinny and his chronies are, she might be imo smart enough (if she thinks about it under duress) to try to fake it that she's dead when they're torturing her.

Yup, I don't think it really matters if she is a fan favorite, he only applied the shy away of killing said characters only if they are the main girls. So basically (Josy, Maya, Bella, Sage and Jill) are permanently safe from being offed. So killing riona like you said, its a perfect time!
Most people will view a betrayal if he starts killing off or harming the main girls as he has promised that he will not kill them.
I do believe tho, Quinn and Riona had a death flag slowly going up.
