No, it's not possible. After the major choice 13 there's a check that requires a not chick affinity. That's the library scene, in episode 7. To end with a permanent chick affinity you can only make 4 major dik choices, and that library check requires you to make at least 6 at that point already. So nope, neutral at best.

I noticed, same seems to be the case with DIK Jill. Do you know if there are other combinations of affinity and love interests that are impossible to get? Just so I won't waste my time and can focus on the ones that are available.

It is possible you can't get CHICK Quinn (I only started Quinn paths from Season 3 on these recent playthroughs and set the affinity when starting, and haven't gone back through to check), but you can definitely get DIK Jill. It's difficult, but not impossible.

I wonder how then. You need to be invited to the dinner date with her friends to be able to choose her in the end and not being rejected by her, for that you must be either neutral or CHICK. After the date you only get 2 more major choices.

Because of this, even if I choose the DIK option both times (while being only 1 major DIK away from transferring to DIK), it always goes back to neutral.

I have no idea what I'm doing wrong.

I can't remember exactly it was quite a long time ago. I can have a look tomorrow and see (sorry, I don't have time tonight ). Macky009, did it recently, he might be able to remember how to make it work.

It gets the most scenes, only some sub scenes like sexual positions are locked behind Chick and Dik affinities.

So far Tremolo refuses anything more than a kiss if you're chosen a girl instead of others (don't know if affinity has anything to do with it), unless your girl wants to have a threesome or something.
Because of this, I doubt DPC will make us cheat on a CHICK Jill route.

Like I said in a previous post, I don't think we will meet Bianca enough on a Isabella route and my guess is that it's mandatory to flirt with Bianca during the halloween party (which can only be done on a Jill route as far as I found) to be able to date her/hook up later in the franchise. The guide also states that Bianca will remember that you flirted with her/touched her body, I doubt that will not end in anything.
