Its either Nick, Jacob or to a lesser extent JB

but maybe it could just Vinny doing all that. Remember prior to the whole mansion wrecked and the cluck, every dik had access to the safe and access to the dik account. Now its the current members for the cluck account and only a select few know the code to the safe.

My theory is that Neil is a time traveling Derek

Derek is your son with Maya, but is kidnapped as a newborn by Future Derek to go back in time and make it look like Maya has a twin. While in the past, he changes his name to Neil and meets a girl named Lynette
