What I don't understand about the ep 10 ending: Why are people still putting Cathy's picture on the board if she is gone already? Is it just to keep on blaming the DIKs for it?

Cathy was integral into the formation of the DIKs, she helped walk Rusty through the process. Even if she's gone she's still means a lot to Rusty, seeing that everyday is just more punishment.

I interpreted that Cathy's posters are still being put up to taunt the DIKs, especially Rusty and MC who miss her. It seems like some kind of affront. It's a reminder to Rusty that he failed her.

I can understand that, but who would do such a thing? The only people we know who hate/dislike both Cathy and the DIKs are probably Stephen (due to continuously failed advances) and (some of) the alphas. Or are there others that I simply missed?

There could be a vote among the DIKs on whether the MC is the traitor or not. The votes would be based on past choices. For example:

Jacob would vote against the MC if he was on Bella's route, since he wouldn't have the chance to ask the MC if the MC was really with the DIKs and also because he was suspicious of why the MC didn't spend the night in the tent.

Nick would vote in favor of the MC if he were on Bella's route (Nick's vote would be a contrast to Jacob's vote), after all Nick knows why the MC has been acting suspiciously the last few days.

JB could vote blank or based on whether the MC trusted JB enough to discuss what Heather did on Halloween night.

Leon and Jamie could vote for the MC if the MC helped them and made Jamie dress up as Envy. Otherwise, whoever had been supported more times by the MC would get the up vote, while the other would get a down vote.

Rusty would always vote for the MC or vote based on the RP DIKs.

Tommy would always vote against or vote based on the RP DIKs.

Derek would always vote for the MC.

Rusty might vote on basis of his car.

Tommy will vote against if throuple, may vote if Dik RP threshold is met.

I thought about that, but those are usually for free roam areas (DIK mansion/park). Presumably this hair salon is at the mall or something, and.... oh. I was going to say we probably wouldn't get a free roam there, but then I remembered who we're talking about

and it's part of some kind of montage, as we know that the gang goes to some kind of ski-trip.maybe it's part of a preparation montage or something. Her mouth is also moving, which indicate me, that this is the type of thing like, the halloween animation, or the beginning of the bbq party.
definitely not a stand alone scene, like quinn clapping, what was totally pointless too.

Good assumptions. I would have liked to see votes based on past choices, but I don't know if DPC put enough effort into that. What is certain is that the DIKs were divided, which is sad. I don't know about you, but I'll remember who doubted the MC's loyalty.

How I see this playing out is that Rusty, Jacob, Derek and the MC will have a nice talk about all this and depending on the number of RPDIK points you have will determine just how much of a suspect think the MC is, but it'll all be done while keeping as many of the others in the dark as possible until there is definitive proof on who is the real traitor. Just coming out and announcing to everyone that there is a traitor in the house is a dumb move.
