the game doesn't really have that many tough choices.
I've found that it's easy to work out what gives points based on the character's facial expressions, if they look annoyed, you've annoyed them. If there is extra dialogue you've chosen the right thing
Personally, I done a handful of playthroughs using the Walkthrough mod, to the point that I can get the exact path/scenario/conversation without even thinking. The only thing i need to check the walkthrough for is fights because i don't play with mini games

The wording of that choice is DPC telling you there is only one valid option. "Ignore Bella" is a ridiculous choice of words for the option, especially given the setup where MC is wondering why Bella changed her mind about him. It makes sense to visit Bella from a story perspective even if the player has no desire to be on her path.Wrong

I suppose the strong language is supposed to entice people who want to avoid her, since you end up making out with her no matter what if you go see her—another thing that was not indicated at all by that choice.

I just noticed that she still has make up during "the choice" at the end of episode 3 and also her hair done a bit, even though she didn't expect MC. So it's indeed either a coincidence for most of the situations, or that was an oversight by DPC (possible, but doubtful).
