as of it right now, he not said anything that change his initial statement about planning 16 episode. may be in the next Q/A. But right now, the information we know, is 16 episode.

From a Q&A in 2024 (the most recent I could find):

"We are getting closer to the end as episodes start answering more questions than asking new ones. I believe my previous estimate was 15-17 episodes, and depending on how the episodes will be counted in the final season, I believe we're looking at something like 14-16 episodes total for the game. I know I need up until episode 14, for sure. At that point, it gets blurry, but I'm not stopping until the endings are what I want them to be. I don't want to rush the end of the game, but I don't intend to linger to extend it beyond what's needed."

You can use the attached tool that I took from this site (can't recall where). Place it in the 'game' folder, start the game and load your save before the shower scene should trigger.

Each time there is a potential path, the tool should display a message box in the upper left side which is clickable and will show the in-game conditions necessary to go down that path. You can check what conditions you don't fulfill. You can also force-pick the path you want, but it might cause issues.

Thanks. I recently tried to find out what could be wrong. I completely deleted the game and unpacked it again. Of course, I put my saves in a safe place before that. Then, on this page, I found a save that is created exactly when you have to answer whether you shower together or separately (it is clearly visible in the image of the save). I started the game to create the save folder and the presistent file by itself, and then copied the "shower" save. However, when I load the save, the game does not load at the point where you have to answer, but earlier. The tennis mini-game has just ended and you are both still on the court. Unfortunately, even after that, the whole thing skipped by itself. I can only assume that the version I downloaded from may be broken. I downloaded it from gofile.

Definitely the PC's. That's probably the most expensive to replace and easiest to save.

But I also remember DPC stating that he thought all of season 1 would be in the first two episodes, this guy always undershoots his estimates, if he says 14-16 it means bare minimum at least 16.
