My guess is spending time with one leads to solo with her where being balance could let keep dating both even after they break up or maybe keep it going. Thankful ep11 should give answer or clues to where things going I lean to they breakup with a chance to date both/ solo but time will tell

added at 19 that isn't easy hell even at 32. Even with Josy fears she does leave her job was willing to move to east coast sure she doesn't but that because she got into BR so can do it that the part that matters to me it is in her
