Telling Josy about Chad and Troy is actually something you should do. Otherwise Sage won't join you at the Bailey's Thanksgiving and you get an extra suspicion point with Patrick. You can still succeed in getting the documents, but punching Patrick leads to failure. And I absolutely love punching him and getting the documents so Sage has to be there and Josy must know about Chad.

Meanwhile, I don't like punching him and prefer undercover agent behaviour, who do his job with cold blood.
But Chick option to lecture him was very rare for me, got it 2 times of 25 runs. On Neutral runs it was closed too, I think it depends on your MC - he prefer fights or not.

I rarely punch Tybalt because it's a negative to Jill, and he's only pissing me off. I am more likely to smash his face in tennis later, but rarely do that, too.
