Stealing the contacts isn't actually checked at all. The actual calculation is essentially a series of checks regarding prior dates or lewds and relationship points.

First it checks if you've been spending more time with one compared to the other. Specifically, it checks these events/choices.

For each of those listed, Maya or Josy get a "count" if you have that choice/event in your path. If you have a difference of 2 or more (4 vs 2 for example), the LI with a higher count is the one picked. If you are within 1 or 0 event count for each (for example 4 Maya events and 3 Josy events, or if both are even), it falls back on checking Love status next.

For Maya "love", you need > 41 Maya relationship points and for Josy "love" you need > 36 Josy relationship points.

If you have "love" for only one of them, that's the one you go out with in Ep 11. If you have "love" for both or neither, it does a final check of who has proportionately more relationship points out of the max (Maya RP / 74 vs Josy RP / 67). Whichever ratio is greater is who is picked, and it's impossible for it to be evenly split since it goes out to decimal places.

As for saying "I love you" and getting it back, in order for MC to say it, you need 3 or fewer "cheater points". For Maya or Josy to say it back, they need to have "love" status (as explained above).

Lastly, regarding spooning on the couch at Bella's party, if you say "I love you" and Maya/Josy say it back, you don't get a choice of who to sleep with on the sofa; the game forces MC to cuddle with the one you said ILY. Otherwise, you can pick who to spoon.

No, at least not in Episode 11. The scene which sets Bianca path variable (or should, it's bugged atm) is only accessible for Fuckface who is on Jill/Bella route, meaning he visited the cabin, and did some flirting with Bianca.

They will notice the discourse between Quinn/Rio and you know girls talk.
Rio being so close with Camilla, she 100% tells her what happen and none of the HOTTs going to stand for that shit.

Rio very well could tell Sage everything and that the end of Quinn

Good point, forgot to mention that. So contracts isn't directly checked, but it can indirectly influence the outcome since it's a big relationship point swing (+5 for the one you agree with and -5 for the one you disagree with). I've edited my original post to clarify this further.

Even though the restaurant is gone, it will still cause massive friction between the HOTs. Don't forget they're supposed to be sisters, and 5 of the HOTs that we know of (Riona, Sarah, Lily, Camila and Melanie) were working as prostitutes. That together with that she already had her trust issues with Sarah and Mel in the past, will probably make for a pretty bad time.

Yeah, you can pay her during the prep party, and if I'm not mistaken she already knew not only about the drugs but also about the restaurant when she joined B&R and said she wanted to join.
