Its ok as a lore explaiantion, but I hate it as a gameplay mechanic. I like taking educated risks with the choices, you know it will eventually be bad for Bella sleeping with a student, you know that if you are in a relationship groping bunny asses will screw you over. Once you find out Jade and Sage are related, anything you do you can anticipate what the consequences of that would be etc.what, really? can't be a hypocrite in this game all of a sudden?
With the Rusty choice there is no fucking clue it will bite you in the ass later, let alone have direct connection with the other relationship, so as a blind player you have no idea. It kinda kills roleplaying and the game already suffers in that department because of the CHICK/DIK Morality System and arbitrary routes branching.

Tremolo is luckier than most of the DIKs almost every time:
- Got to fuck multiple hot teachers (not old hag like Derek xD)
- Got the holy grail from the Pink Roses: Lily
- Got to fuck both the president and vice president of the HOTs
- Got to get a relationship with Jill
