Hi everyone, reading everything is getting complicated, the thread is progressing so quickly ^^.
I've completed most of my playthrough of episode 11, and here are my thoughts. I must say I'm rather surprised by the number of negative comments because I found this episode excellent, even brilliant, with a lot of mastery. The complexity lies in getting the group of friends that has formed to understand and have them progress together, and also, depending on the MC's choices, the evening at Bella's is very successful in this regard.
The renderings and animated scenes are magnificent, the music is immersive, and the mini-games are better controlled. In short, what I liked about BADIK still works for me! Despite the number of renderings, one obviously wants to say: it's too short, but DPC is a solitary effort. So no, he didn't get lost along the way; he advances the story, but this chapter is only a transition, albeit an important one, that will lead to a certainly very long episode 12. Yes, Quinn and Riona are missing, and I found myself thinking, "Damn, Quinn is beautiful!" when I saw her at the DIKs' Christmas party, but oh well...
The biggest criticism comes from the waiting time, which is frustrating (a minimum of a year's wait for less than 2 hours to complete a route) and undeniably tiresome, and as a result, I'm no longer on Patreon because of it. I'll continue to buy his versions on Steam, but Patreon is over.
Over because after a long time, one can hope for a delay, some listening on at least one possible route, Josy/Maya, an investment in donations to reduce such long waiting times.
Let's be clear, I really like BADIK, its humor, its atmosphere and its unique LIs, I even hope that BADIK can become a continuous AVN because it has the scope but there you go.... the wait is long and unfortunately this wait will work against the developer more and more despite his enormous work: unequaled work for the moment!
