I'm not sure I agree - the nerds managed to get Chad out of the jocks, and almost managed to shut the DIKs down on multiple counts. If not for Tremolo, the DIKs would be gone, and the jocks would be following Dawe into worse and worse trouble.

The main problem the nerds have is that they didn't expect Tremolo to turn up and be the main character...
