Sarah still is pretty clear to me even in ep 11 that she only wants sex. Mel however likes to kiss a lot, so that might be hint at something more in the future (especially since she also texts you and the restaurant is closed).

It's a little tease from DPC that Melanie or Sarah (not both) may be a little more than FWB down the path. You have to take the kiss/romance path, and you'll get messages with whichever one. (Mel is more romantic depending on your choices than Sarah is, but it's definitely a step up from restaurant/FWB.

I’ve unlocked all the scenes in my various paths, but I’m still missing some story scenes needed to get the full "Rewards" from Maya and Lily. Despite feeling like I’ve played through 16 different branches, I can’t seem to find any new paths. Can anyone provide a hint?

Modded game at some point , it's in the persistent save file. You need to delete this file et replay with a clean save. Or wait a fix, but it's higly recommended to keep a save without mods for the next updates.

I actually suspect it wasn't a poodle. It seems pretty strange to me to name a poodle poodles. I reckon she wanted a poodle and got some other sort of dog, so she called it poodles.
