Yeah, I can't get the mission from him and I don't know why. I'm on Others, and I know I'll be rejected because of Heather, but I don't know what's blocking me from getting the mission in the first place. In the conversation with Leon I can only tell him about Elena or tell Elena about him.

That usually happens when you are on someone's path then you only get the 2 options. The Heather situation only comes into play when you find them in bed.

maybe you need to have flirted with Elena/ let her know you are not opposed with JB's fantasy? I think there a couple of texts you can pick those options in ep10

thats seem lily fault not mine, to be honest. She told me the rules what she wanted, and I agreed on these conditions. IF she develops some kind of of feelings , that is all her fault.
And I won't accept any blame for it, neither that I'm some how will bee seen as a bad guy.

That indeed seems to be mandatory. Why would MC want the ticket for himself if he doesn't want to have sex with Elena?
5-25 hours? Depending on your playstyle... going for a 100% will take a lot of time, just for this episode, not to mention all the previous ones.
But you can be very quick about it too if you want, disabling minigames and holding skip button down whenever you can and not watch the game even if the scene is new... (but why playing it in the first place if you want to do it this way?)
Most guys around here are not even reading what is written in the scenes or take a closer look at the renders to see some interesting things that are not directly in the face of the girl in the picture... so, yeah... depends what type of player you are. Most people around here should just use a gallery unlocker and thats it... dont think that many pay really good attention to the game.
For the very first time of a playthrough of a new episode i tend to look at every render a while. To look for hidden sepcial renders of cours,e but mostly for the details DPC spend doing in neraly every render, its amazing how much time he spends to add little important details to the renders, i like that a lot. And i always play with minigames enabled, which takes its time too even if you have a well routine about them.
So making a throughout playthrough for the first time will kinda take about 5-10 hours, for me it took about 9 or so i think. Didnt stopped the time, but its close. But as i said, i take my time looking at renders and such. You can save a lot of time going faster about the game, so lets settle for... around 6 hours the first playthrough? Something like that, for 100% with every possible path, you need way more time, even with hitting that skip button... and of course, the game has so fucking many branches, i dont even think its possible to get 100% seen dialogue within less than 20 playthroughs. Even the sidegirls have a lot of branches which are changing something.

Oh I forgot about those. You have to tell him she is hot during ep10 and you must say you were kind of flattered during texts with Elena. And then all the other requirements.

Be on others path, have flirted with Elana in the past and choose the right option with her regarding John Boys Fantasie in episode 10, dont do anything with Heather. than you need to get Leons mission... and thats it.
But to me... that scene weirded me out, i dont like threesomes with two guys, not at all, no matter how hot the girl is (and i like Elena)... so yeah, i only did that with one single playthrough, and will never do it on any other playthrough again...

I don't know. In some scenes she is in others she is not. I like her character personality tho.
