It's just I can't be bothered playing Jill's path, but some comments made it sound like it's going to be a hot threesome or something.
No, you're far more likely to get Tyballs Ending(tm) from Jill, than be rewarded for cheating in DPC game.
(even though i guess for some people that would come as a reward
But the biggest difference is that the 5 MG are crucial to the overarching plot and you will continue interacting with them until the end. None of the others are, you can reject them and they basically disappear. If you're not doing a Quinn path, you can go this entire update without saying a single word to her. If you deny Zoey, you never see her again this episode.
I think that's a bit of a stretch, especially in this episode where you can potentially only get to see MC interacting briefly with MGs at the start and very end of the episode, if you're not doing their specific path. For the most of it they're basically gone.
As for Zoey, rejecting her comes practically at the end of the storyline for this episode -- the only things that happen afterwards is either the MG party or the non-interactive cliffhanger. But i'm pretty sure that, with few exceptions, you could show that there's a point in each episode after which some or all MGs don't appear unless you're on her specific path. It doesn't really mean that much, in the grand scheme of things.
