I think her running without saying anything is exclusive to telling Sage you want more and making love
if you tell sage you want more and do it hard she seems kinda disappointed after it and even mentions she thought MC would do it soft, then makes a face basically saying, why didn't you make love to me
MC asks her to stay and she goes off saying she can't, kinda continuing the "rolling" but also making her realise she might not want that anymore

I still see her running off quietly as the best outcome since it hits her like a ton of bricks this is what she truly wants but doesn't know how to accept it

You either tell sage you're fine with it then kick her out of bed saying this is what you wanted (that ones not ending well I think)

You either tell sage you want more and fuck her into oblivion ask her to say only to have her run

Or you tell sage you want her have passionate sex with her only to have her run.

As much as I like lily and would love an ending for her. Her stubbornness is shooting herself in the foot on all 3 runs here.

I think her stubbornness is more because love is a new feeling for her and she doesn't know how to act. Just like with Sage, Bella, Quinn, Riona and probably Mel (and I'm probably forgetting some other girls) she went in for FWB, but it became more. She can talk with Nicole about this and she will probably tell the same thing Neil says: to follow her heart.

We don't know how much Lily made so far, but (depending on when she started) it isn't that unlikely she already made enough money to pay for all school years, so it wouldn't be that bad for her to stop at the Pink Rose if she decides to give it a try.

Someone said that on one of his runs that if you don't say you want more of lily when talking to Sage you don't get her in your end screen. Now how true this I cannot say As I haven't finished my lily run yet.

Nah iam on patreon, there is nothing like that to be seen, and i doubt he would erase that. Why should he? Maybe it was fanmade or you mixed up something with a different game? A lot of games have christmas specials like that...

But DPC made christmas special renders just for fun... there were some for each maingirl, maybe you think about them and thought it was playbale content? Can happen, but there is no christmas special by DPC.

The gently scene is the best outcome for a love route, since this is hidden between two choices, want something more and gently. Otherwise you don't even have a choice for her scene

If you choose to leave for Bella's party and there is no task to talk to Camila, you don't qualify for the scene.

By talking to Camila, I assume you have to tell her that you want a roommate, that's probably where I fucked up.

DPC is kinda being sneaky with SGs lately. They get scene in one and nothing in another. Would be a real bummer if we get no development with Lily for like 3 years.

That length of development time is only about two game updates with the current trending in release cycles, so not a huge amount of in-game story time for her to miss out on.
