I think her sister is Avery, that's what Tara says when she shows you a picture and she says Avery is the scarecrow, the one that comes up to the mc during Hallowe'en when he's wearing Tara's ghost sheet and says she got something good and Tara says that Avery found the DIK pics on the wall, so that must be what Avery meant when she said that to who she thought was Tara.

I'd say you've probably got to be on the chick side of neutral to stay on the Jill route or she'll likely say that she can't be with the mc even if he 'fights for Jill'. That happened on one of my routes when I had just managed to get mc's affinity to neutral from DIK before the permanent affinity.

No, Avery left B&R because Vinny kicked her out naked and she had to run across campus naked and was totally humiliated, so she went in to the DIK's mansion at Hallowe'en in 'disguise' to try and get some dirt on the DIKs she could use to humiliate them back.

It only checks for Dik though, granted there are checks everywhere and there's one shortly after the fight for her scene. Generally if you don't see her masturbate over the MC after he role plays as romeo, you're off her path

Nope. On my neutral route I'm have a Huge DIK status. Affinity is the only thing that counts with her, not status. Also after the dinner invite you don't get enough Major Choices to go from neutral to perma DIK.

First and last options would mean Chad need to jump in, and this way, you can chose to fight Caleb in any route (since Neutral choice are always available).

It might happen soon too, at the competition.
