Its pretty easy and fast without minigames. However you loose the mansion game. So no car for you. But you can just change the variable later

The car is linked to the mansion game. No windows no car. You have to complete that the VIP pass I never care about.

Personally I try to find balance in that. DIK is the best in moments of confidence, not giving a F and generally being far more assertive and demanding respect. While CHICK choices balance it out when you can use charisma, diplomacy or generally kinder behaviour.
So as much as I overuse DIK choices I always comfort Steve (I hope that was his name) or let DIKs handle traitors at the party. Still punch that twat that called Josy a bitch tho.
I noticed you got additional scene interacting with Camila and Melanie and I assume it's related to Sage Path which is fine on its own but I wish we still got scene with them on Others path because we already got renders, just have different dialogue for them.

I'm keeping mini games for only 3 saves - Lily, Jill and Sage. Rest would be no mini game skip forward.
I think you just have to either reject the vip pass or not work at the strip club and instead work at the old people home. one or the other is fine, just cant accept pass and work at strip club.
