I don't think I'd call Jill's expression a real smile tbh. It's not jealousy, and is positive, but it's like barely a hint of a smile.
Ironically Bella is undoubtedly smiling, but it's still within her usual restrained threshold. The Ice Queen's expression is much warmer than Jill's.

My list is just my opinion. I personally don't think Cathy's relationship will move past a casual hook up. That doesn't mean it couldn't happen. None of the SG paths are guaranteed. DPC can close them all right now if he wants.

Bianca =========> (Jill or Bella can catch you before things progress, ending your relationship with both)
Camila =========> (She could disappear like Mona & Riona)

We've definitely seen better examples of Jill's resting confused/uncertain face and I still wouldn't say this is it.

It's not a negative expression by any means, it's positive, just not a beaming smile, but still a happy expression nonetheless.

I think it's how she's mid-conversation, looks over to see Maya and MC, and is touched by how much he cares, but she isn't exactly dwelling on it, hence the nebulous nature of her smile.

Oh it's far from a perfect game. Saving in free roam is a literal horror, short of using URM and label jumping it can really bork a save.

I just like that this game has some layer of depth to it. One decision can and does have impact or ramification in the game world/story. Flirt and be a Mister (is that the term?) for a married woman, and there are ramifications that impact things. Almost anyone could have expected something would come back about it when facing the decision. If I want to have a faithful solo LI path I can, and have to be thoughtful of if MC will be flirty or not. If I'm in the minority, that's fine, but I like it. This is not just a "get lewd scenes with everyone you can see and add them to the ever growing harem pile", type of game. Each LI has their own threshold of what they'll accept the MC doing (tc), different personalities/interests, and the such.

Just like you can go all the way to Chapter 11 before getting a chance to declare feelings for Zoey. But decisions you started making in Episode 9/Interlude could entirely bork that chance in episode 11; because of invisible points accumulated (or not). Is it great to go all that way? Nah, it's a pain if you missed it... fortunately my Zoey playthrough I was lucky enough to blindly get it without a problem on the Others path.
