May be if DPC starts making Lily points or something later down the line. Just tried my hands with Manwhore save from OP for episode 11, I can tell you Lily was more into MC in my Solo Lily path. Also it's not just with Nicole, interactions with Quinn also cut Lily's interactions, i believe this would be same thing vice versa.

Technically, it happens at the party, but in reality, it probs happens once Sage has that talk with Tremolo, which forces Tremolo to confront Lily, and they have the talk. They're no longer rolling at that point, even if they don't know it yet.
