You can see that Cathy is just more shy about what happened with MC while Jade is talking. And if I'm not mistaken Jade still believes Stephen cheated on her with Cathy, although to us as players I don't think that was ever proven.
From the the talk between them, I'm pretty sure that if MC meets them again at the cafe, he (together with Jade) could talk Cathy into a threesome, but I do think the only threesome with them would be a spontaneous one, I don't think they would just invite him through text or something.

I sometimes go back and see other paths but mostly I like to view playthroughs as campaigns. Unforunately I don't think renpy is great for multiple campaigns, especially for someone like me who likes to save a lot during decisions and good moments. Many saves means that it's difficult to find the point you want to go back to, and having two ongoing playthroughs at the same time is hopeless in renpy.

I don't understand why there can't be a dedicated set of saves for as many campaigns as you want.

There are plenty of emotional stuff in the episode but it doesn't hit as hard when you play a detached episode every six months. I prefer that route for the story in general but in the context of one episode it is not as fun to be faithful.
