I can't open the new Mac download cuz the files in the MacOS folder in the app are Textedit and not Unix executable
Sorry for quoting myself but I'm wondering what I can do to make this work or do I just need to wait for the next release? This is such a good game and I can't wait to play it again, but looks like I may have to:(

Extremely small, but never 0. My guess is that even if there are no "normal" episodes, there will be at least 2 epilogue-episodes.
Considering in the Q&A he did mention 13 (though I do think he was throwing numbers around) the possibility of a 1 and done season 4 is there but the odds are quite low.

It all depends on episode 12 really, language would suggest it is the last "normal" episode we are getting. After that who knows, but I would guess at least two, one to tie up loose ends, possibly with a few ground laying choices and then one to actually end it that is just on rails. How big they become and if they need to be split for reasons is down to DPC

I wonder how we are going to uncover all of the Magnar stuff.

Seems like continuing to team up with Chad would make sense and maybe Nick will help to "redeem" himself in the eyes of the DIKs after the explosive argument.

Could also rope in the team of the 5 main girls to try and tie them in to the end of the "main plot".

MC is gonna fuck Sally next episode and she'll say that Magnar and co have been weird and she heard him talk about sending out some letters.

I feel like Sally just revealing it would be a bit anticlimactic but its possible. She could also just maybe give a little hint or something.

Yeah so just have her say they are acting weird and talking about the other frats more than just their studies these days.

Have MC or the other DIKS keep an eye on them more and then end up catching Ron in the act or letting it slip somewhat.

One small scene. Magnar in the chancellors office getting told there is an investigation. Magnar and his tribe are gone. :p
It might be a bit corny but I think a big team-up of sorts, DIKs, maybe HOTs, Nick, Chad, main girls etc all working together to find the culprit could be good for ending the main plot.

That balls well and truly rolling now, given how angry the Jocks were at the end. Chad i think is the key here. He either calms them down and goes to the MC about receiving more shit (given he knows the MC didn't send it in the first place now) or it begins to kick off and he goes to MC

Either way Magnar has played his hand too late and Chad an important person in the plan knows it's neither the MC nor the DIKs at fault here.

Yeah, it really depends on how huge he's going to make episode 12. I think I don't exaggerate if the Dorm party was about 2 to 3 times the size as the 2nd largest freeroam of season 2 (probably the HOT party when it comes to the amount of objectives including optional).

When it comes to season 3 so far, to me it felt like the Halloween party was about as big/long as the panty party (if you decide to do everything). I'm pretty sure DPC will try to outdo himself again for episode 12, so I won't be that surprised if he's going to make the huge freeroam of this episode at least 1.5 times the size of the halloween party/panty party. In that massive freeroam MC can tie up a lot of loose ends with love interests if you haven't/couldn't do so before it.

If DPC is really lazy, he could even use this freeroam to finish all the current open "main" storylines in one go:
- Vinny, Buddy and/or other people crash the party in search for Quinn and/or Riona
- Stephen crashes the party in search for Quinn (and maybe Mona if she decides to return and go against him) if she decides to talk on him in hoping to redeem herself after the situation with Buddy and Riona
- Magnar and his supporters crash the party hoping to see the big brawl (which probably won't happen) between the frats, only to find out the frats found out the truth that Magnar was behind it all and team up against him.

DPC history with the old bait & Switch would suggest that the up coming raid on this is going to be successful. And it'll likely be done in the first moments of the chapter.

Bella's room is obviously going to be sorted in the first moment too.

Which leaves him pretty free to explore to Frat war going into the episode.

As much as people want Stephen to get his, he may, he may not. But it's likely when Rio comes back she's going to lore dump everything about Quinn to Rio, it's unlikely it can be dealt with this episode, but it's not really something the effects MC (unless you're on certain paths) so it's one of them things that an be picked up in The tying loose ends/ endings set up chapter.

I still stand by my believe that the raid will not be completely succesful. Yes, the police will arrest 1 or more "members", but I'm pretty sure at least 1 of the more important people will slip away.

You may be right, but regardless the drug thing isn't something that really affects the MC (until obviously it is see Vinny turning up) that shits all on Quinn. So even if one does escape, it's another thing that can be covered in a mop up kinda way.

There's no reason for DPC to add uneeded drama for the MC just because. It might come up on a quinn run, but other than that Its a blip in the story compared to other things.

But you are ultimately correct, it's an easy thing to wrap up he could definitely do it your way along with many other problems at the NYE party

It was until episode 11, considering it's mandatory to send Riona a message and she will always look at it in the ending cinematic, even when not on her route. That would make one think her (and in extend Quinn's) drama might be forced on MC on every route in the "near" future.

Maybe, but it's as I said Rio might be important to the Stephen part of the plot... I can't see her coming back and remaining silent about what quinns been up too, so its definitely about to kick off, esp considering for all we know Quinn left B&R that night with no intention to return. yeah Rio is key to something, but it doesn't mean the MCs getting involved.

Both the drug problem and the Prostitute problem are a difficult one when it comes to the MCs involvement... Mainly because on some routes the MC doesn't even get close to it. It obviously doesn't stop DPC giving us the narrative,

but to me it's a bit like Maya's contract success/Maya's contract unsuccessful. An outcome for all eventuallities needs to be considered. For example the Chick Jill Route where players don't touch the restaurant or drugs.

I agree that Quinn has no intention to return, but we all know her plans never end up well. If she finds out Vinny or Buddy escaped (because let's be honest, if someone escapes it's pretty sure it's one of those two), she will probably run to somebody for help and who she at least semi-trusts: Tommy.
