I mean we do see MC and Zoey as kids in flashbacks, but obviously they're much older than a baby. The easiest way to get around any issues with Patreon would just have it be a miscarriage.

I always thought it was a bit out of place. It would be okay if you got that narration at various points throughout the game, but I can't remember another mid-episode like that.

I believe about the only other mid-episode narration is in ep 11 with the montage/time skip scene. Other than that we only see it at the end of an episode and I believe at the very start of the story.

Mid-episode? We just got the Christmas montage, but that was present day MC narrating. Or at least, like a very slightly in the future MC. There's some narration during Halloween, with people arriving and the party progressing and trouble brewing. Episode 7 had some during that little montage when things started settling down, right before the HOTs party.
