Agree they holding on to what used to be, when Josy and Maya finally see each other at the end of ep3 that the first time they seen each other in months things wasn't good with them even before they stop seeing each other for the summer. Most of the game is picking one girl so even balance it hard to call it a throuple

The way Josy talks how easy and right it was to tell MC she loves him and not being able to say the same to Maya and not understanding why reads like a I'm not in love with you anymore to me.

Josy isn't worried about keeping up but figuring out who she is which she is doing

To me, it's a normal reaction, because Josy doesn't know Maya like this. Josy simply needs to realize that, even though Maya has changed, she's still her Maya.
