I finally went back and re-did a Sage path with Chick affinity to unlock the ILY dialogue. Does anybody know what parameters I need to meet to get the ILY dialogue for Josy and Maya? Because I don't recall ever seeing that as a dialogue option even though I followed a guide for that path.

Have enough RP with them, that's basically it. Whoever you favored the most (or if you balanced it, who has the greater ratio) is who you go on the date with. Oh and your cheat score needs to be 3 or less.

The splits are DPC's work. If you're starting from scratch, you need to download "Season 1-2" (Ep 1 to 8), then you'll need to download "Season 3 Interlude + Episode 11", which covers Interlude, Ep 9, 10 & 11, and make sure you keep both installations separated. You'll have an export screen at the end of Ep 8, and an import menu in the S3.
