Josy has a great father, a cold mother, a stepmother with anger issues (but we have absolutely no proof of any abuse, verbally or physically to Josy), Tommy (who's Tommy, but has apparently never physically abused her, and the worst we know he did was steal her nail polish. In fact, she's the one who's been violent to Tommy, multiple times).

Josy is the one who has an irrational problem with her stepmother and stepfather, she admits it very early on. She blames the steps for the parents being broken up, even though she likes that her parents are happier now. She blames her mother for her dad cheating, too (saying she nagged him too much).

Look, I love Josy. She is cute, sweet, and fun. She is a mess if you zoom in, but who isn't? Yes, she is excessively upbeat as a coping mechanism, there are worse traits to have. I think her insecurity issues are more an issue with the constant drama and stress of the past year taking its' toll. Being in a throuple instead of a couple (if you're on that route) probably exacerbates that issue because she so strongly wants to be in a relationship, but in a throuple it's less about her.

Personally I don't see how it irrational Josy is a daddy's girl so of course she takes his side on things. Iris wasn't a good mom to Josy and is likely the reason behind many of her insecurities like being too short. Monica it would seem isn't much better that or Josy just doesn't like her. Josy has many normal insecurities for a 19 year old girl yes upbringing added to that but they pretty common to have.

I have seen some post about Josy being abused I'm just going to say there is a 0 percent chance that happen Josy was hurt that Maya didn't tell her about being abuse Josy isn't going to do the same thing if she was being abused which clearly didn't happen to her

But to actually respond to the post, he loves to branch off different things, but when it comes to actually making different paths or different dialogue for every character that he's deigned to give some modicum of personality and change to? It's like he just stops trying.

A CHICK path should have the MC be all around nicer, with choices remaining where he can still veer off to be a DIK.

A DIK path should have the MC be an asshole and more confident in himself, especially given how much of a prick he is in that direction, or at least how much pussy he's getting (seriously a DIK MC is ridiculous with how much sex you can have).

A neutral path is, admittedly, a bit more harder to predict given how wild and varied it can be.

I know expecting nuance from a porn game is probably fuckin dorky as shit, but if DPC loves to put as much credence into his ability, than I'd be remiss if I didn't match his level.
