We can move on, but as a general rule about arguments you can't just state Jill because Royce and then insist not Rusty even though Burgmeister. It's nonsense.

An actually plausible line is that the ANO has special privileges as a fraternity which have been put there exactly so rich girls like Jill could stay in the rich people house while the DIK as a new fraternity has no such privileges even though a Burgmeister founded it.

But since we don't know, we just don't know.

I already gave reasoning why Rusty can't just snap his fingers and make Zoey a DIK. And yes, that's perfectly plausible too.

Not my point. All I've heard as reasoning for Jill is rich + Royce. Absolutely no detail on HOW this results in her being a permanent guest of the preps. So long as those details are unexplored rich + Burgmeister is valid reasoning for Rusty to be able to do the same with Zoey and the DIKs.

If Rusty can't just snap his fingers, neither can Jill. We need actual detail on how Jill happens to say if Zoey can or not.

We don't even know the details of why MC couldn't stay with the HOTs. Maybe there actually are rules that would have allowed it in theory, but Sage deemed it impossible to make it happen in actual practise. A very plausible explanation would be an application form that would never have gotten approval for MC staying with the HOTs, but Jill's staying with the preps was approved as soon as it was filed.

Maybe it's that simple. A process to get permission. Jill got it easily for staying with the preps, MC would never have gotten it for staying with the HOTs and Zoey's chances of getting it for staying with the DIKs are exactly as good or bad as is convenient for the plot. If she even tries to get that permission in the first place.

The one with whom you want the most intricate set of major choices. Very dependant on what you want to see. At the moment there aren't really that many of them anyway so just having permanent DIK and Chick games for everyone let's you see pretty much everything. You only really need to play Neutral if you want to see Chick options for a Quinn focused Others run or DIK options for a Jill run.

Damn alot of people hating on Nick, in this thread. Maybe because Nick got to fuck Heather before mc. Anyway I don't hate Nick because he fuck Heather before mc, I'm pissed because he stole the money in the fish tank I fucking keep alot of money in there for safe keeping but he took 150$.
