Nah man, not a chance, i see how it was unfair for him but he lacked any kind of comprehensible explanation and felt driven by coward instincts to shift blame to other people over the most mundane stuff. Worst case on the bella path when the MC did NOTHING to him.

Everything the others have done or might have done has nothing to do with the situation. He lied about what he was doing during the night where the Cathy cluck was posted and then he has zero explanations to offer. How are the other aren't supposed to find him suspect ?

Jacob might have joked about fucking Heather but in the end of the day he didn't do it. Nick did, so trying to deflect the blame like Nick is just a coward move instead of assuming his responsabilities. Jacob wanted to fuck Tremolo's ex ? He asked the permission first and how is that comparable with banging your friend's actual girlfriend behind his back ? Tremolo might have banged Maya & Josy or the librarian ? Once again, how is that betraying anyone or comparable to fucking your friend's girlfriend ? John Boy has cuck fetish ? How is that harmful for anyone ?

Instead of explaining himself or admitting he did something wrong, every time Nick either lied or put someone else under the bus. All his lines were : Yes but Tommy/Tremolo did that and Leon/Jaime would also have done that !

Well in the scene with Jade and Kathy talking in the bar Kathy tells Jade to hire a lawyer, but Jade says Stephen will retaliate if he sees her using money for a lawyer so MC could use his money to hire a lawyer for Jade and possibly a PI to follow Stephen and gather evidence.
