I think that Jade is barren. No way she wouldn't have had multiple doctor's opinions. Nora is very likely pregnant though IMO with the evidence that we have.

Jade doesn't seem to be that smart with making decisions, so I don't think she would go to multiple doctors. It's an extremely common trope in fiction that if somebody is introduced as barren/infertile, we later find out it's the other partner that has the problem. Actually, a fancy dinner to celebrate their rebooted relationship wouldn't be such a bad idea. Or they could jokingly go to some Mexican family restaurant, way too overdressed for the occasion.
