Probably not. Although there's a VN (that I won't name) that I played some two years ago that had an ending where MC would cheat on the main girl by going with her friend instead. The path was available and came late into the game, like, 5th episode out of 6 episodes.

You can actually talk to her on all the other paths, even J&M so long as you don't confess to them (as in, 'i love you' confession). You just have to avoid going to the main girl party overall.
