I think we might get to be with Bianca if we are in AloneBranch. We get to find out Matthew cheats on Bianca and with that knowledge we may have a chance to tell her Matthew is cheating on her. She might look for someone to be there for her other than Jill and that might be MC. Jill could tell what kind of MC is depending on the Dik or Chick choices and with that she could decide if she wants to be with MC or not. I think she would MC to be Neutral or Dik. She is more daring than Jill, almost opposite characters in terms of what they like.
Bianca is already willing to cheat without knowing Matthew cheats. I think it will be enough to just get her somewhere alone.

I'd say the following might happen: On a DIK Bella path, it will always backfire. On a Neutral path it depends on your cheat points and maybe even some kind of conversation with one and/or the other. On Chick it will always end well.
