I'd expect Bella to be the one most determined to get married. B&R is something to consider, but I'd expect it to quickly take second place. If they want her to stay, she'll stay, if they don't, she won't. Up to them. It's not really much of a scandal compared to the Stephen Burke one anyway, which I expect will be a thing by the time Bella has to explain something to other people. It'll take time before it actually starts to show and she won't be able to marry MC as soon as she finds out as she has to get legally divorced first and she might also have to wait before she can remarry, but the laws on that vary a lot by state and DPC wouldn't be the first or the last to treat them with artistic license and make up laws to suit the story.Random thought, how you do think the Main Girls would react to learning they were pregnant at the end of Episode 11 on their respective paths? Say, before the Christmas dinner and the paths are pure (so no broken hearts, no Jade, etc).
- Bella—emotions are all over the place. Happy about having a baby, but guilty about James. Worried about awkward questions of who's the father, but this solidifies her feelings towards MC. She might even intend to tell MC everything before being forced to.
- Sage—overall happy. Sage places a high value on family, and this is the start of her very own family with MC, whom she loves. She's already graduating in a few months, but her future career might have hit a snag.
- Maya—bittersweet. Happy about having a baby with MC, but still worried about Helen's illness being passed on to either her child or herself. She can also find comfort in the fact that Helen will be overjoyed to have a grandchild, and Patrick will definitely stop being a fucking asshole, if their last talk didn't seal the deal.
- Jill—happy. She loves MC and would be thrilled to start a family with him. The baby will want for nothing, and Jill can make sure that her child grows up to be whatever they want.
- Josy—extremely happy. Josy loves MC more than anything, and the baby is living proof. She doesn't have the best frame of reference for what a good mother is, but she'll try her best.
Marriage is in the cards for all of them except maybe Bella, if she wants to stay at B&R.
Overall, I think you are a bit too positive with this. The girls will eventually get to a good place but it will be a bit of an emotional roller-coaster. Bella will mainly worry about the scandal aspect of it, but she is probably the only one who won't think it's too soon to have children. I don't think any of them would get an abortion, but it would be realistic to talk about it. Sage would graduate before giving birth, but the other three would have to worry about finishing their education. A much bigger consideration would be if they are ready to become mothers now as opposed to a couple of years after graduation. What will they say to their parents? Can anyone with their messed up family be a good mother? How in the world do you actually look after a baby? They will panic like Hell.
Then there's the part of MC being scared shitless he might lose them the same way his dad lost his mom. None of them will see it coming, not even Bella, and they immediately realise they should have. That conversation is a minefield. Not taking the possibility seriously because it's unlikely would be like saying thunder is nothing to worry about to someone who has actually been struck by lightning. Saying they will be careful and do everything the doctors say can easily come off as implying his mother didn't. Worse it might come off as implying his mother deserved it. Describing it as having your foot in your mouth is an understatement. Then after they're done feeling like shit about what they said the fear sets in. They could actually die. The baby could die. Then what? Next to that fear everything else will seem insignificant.
Eventually they will make up and find their resolve. They face all the problems, none of the big fears come to pass and they end up really happy. But it is quite a ride.
