Can someone detail a bit in what ways this game is Multiple Protagonist and Female Protagonist? Do we get to choose our gender?

The actual MC in terms of global storytelling is a BOY from a low income family who starts going to college.
You can name him as you like. For reference I'll call him Tremolo (after the nickname he uses for himself on the fictional in-game social network).
You control this character in all Season 1 (Episodes 1 to 4) and Season 2 (Episodes 5 to 8).

Then Season 3 begins with an "Interlude" which is a flashback about Tremolo's first girlfriend back when he was in high school. This girl, Zoey, decided to leave the small town where she and the MC grew up and had their relationship, and move to San Diego to follow her dream of becoming a surfer.
The Interlude covers the days when the MC and Zoey meet, become friends, then become more than friends and have sex — and also the days when Zoey is alone in San Diego.
During the first part of the Interlude you have to make choices on behalf of both Zoey and Tremolo; during the second part, you control only Zoey's choiches.

If you hate NTR (in the very, very loose definition that seems popular around here), rest assured: once Zoey leaves Tremolo, she turns into a nun and lives in chastity for a full year. (*)

Then come Episodes 9, 10, and 11, and you go back to controlling Tremolo (maybe you're asked to make choices on behalf of Zoey a few times... — I'm not sure; I summon Being a DIK's wikipedia Better Cock Spock for reference).

TL;DR: The one and only actual Main Character of the story is Tremolo who is a BOY.

The only reason why the "Female MC" tag is there is that, according to F95 rules, that tag applies to all games in which the user can control a female character — even if that character is not at all the actual MAIN character of the story

(*) The fact that the Dev chose to avoid any sexual activity for Zoey when she’s not with Tremolo confirms that, in the Dev’s intentions, the main character the player is supposed to identify with is Tremolo alone.
If Zoey were meant to be an actual main character, then her having sex with the universe wouldn’t have been a problem — am I right?

I was so scared about using mods - particularly Scrappy's one - after the anti-cheat checks implemented by DPC that I bothered tampering with the code myself to always win minigames... Not at all a professional mod, but hey... sometimes just hardcoding the argument of a return statements is all we need

Ah... if only there were a way to make free roams skippable when already played...

Sage is strong willed. I think the way it stands now she would want to impress of her family. But she is also career driven. I think after graduation and when she gets a stable career, a baby may be an option.

This is good and reasonable. Building a career and financial self-sufficiency is more important than thoughtlessly breeding, there must be a financial cushion for raising a child. Plus a few years of life where MC and Sage can devote their free time to each other, after the birth of a child, you can forget about leisure.
Sage seems the most smart about family planning.

Luckily enough he did provide a save fixer as soon as he published his mod.
So saves made with Sancho mod are compatible with unmodded games. That was the main reason why I chose his mod.

That and the fact that DPC's anti-mod checks only target (the old) Scrappy mod.

My concern is that nothing guarantees that in the future DPC will not implement checks to target any other mod, including Sancho and the new Scrappy.

IMO, Sage got best romance story telling so far. You can romance her while being a DIK, neutral or (slightly) CHICK. And the romance development is absolutely the best one (lots of sex too), well at least for those who like carefree-like romance.

As I understand it, scrappy is the only mod to add it's own variables and thus is detectable. Sancho didn't really do anything other than require it to be continued to be used. Which has caused it's own problems now.
