To be honest, I didn't think Arieth would be the kind of girl to keep the pregnancy. I wouldn't have been surprised if she would've went for an abotion seeing how much she likes to fuck around and pregnant women are in general not that attractive to college guys.

If you are on Jill and/or throuple route, you are forced to pick one.
If you are at most on Sage and/or Bella routes, you can also go for none of them.

We don't know yet, but Imo there's probably more to it that we only get to know the truth and send a second text to Riona if we're on Quinn's route.
At least it can't hurt to already be on both imo, just in case we need to choose between them in a future episode. I think it's even more likely that Riona would mind that we're pursuing Quinn than the other way around.
