The Christmas montage is also different. With the experimental route MC and Sage are mostly fucking, while on the vanilla route it's more romance based. I'm not sure if there are any other differences so far.

I don't get it, is this the norm for colleges, where girls don't even have a say in who they party with? I'm not a preacher, but it still feels shitty when they're treated like property and have no say in the matter.

According to ingame lore, it's based on tradition who the HOTs party with. That's also the biggest issue with only having 1 sorority on campus.
I don't know how it works in real life though, since frats and sororities aren't really a thing over here.
