You need to be in relationship with Maya and Josy then break up with them in ep9 and you'll see this scene in ep10. There is 2 variant on this one is in Sage path the other is which ever girl you choose as long is not Maya and Josy. The additional dialogue with Maya in Sage path is the reason why I prefer Maya over Josy it shows how mature Maya is

I've never cared about the Priscilla thing, but if I was forced to chose a theory, I'd probably go with Quinn's real name, even though it doesn't make too much sense. But it has less steps to it, I guess.
