You need to be in relationship with Maya and Josy then break up with them in ep9 and you'll see this scene in ep10. There is 2 variant on this one is in Sage path the other is which ever girl you choose as long is not Maya and Josy. The additional dialogue with Maya in Sage path is the reason why I prefer Maya over Josy it shows how mature Maya is

Same goes with our talk with Maya during her Episode 10 solo hangout, whether we dumped her or just chose a different girl. Maya is a sweetheart and good friend

It's not even the stupidity of it that is the issue IMO.

The locked room HAS to be related to confronting Bella's past and trauma (which she keeps locked similarly to her heart/emotions).

Opening the door in episode 12 will have Bella confronting her past in some capacity which a BDSM room does nothing for.

At least it's something that she seems to have little problem to see herself (since she has a neutral expression earlier in the series while looking inside it), but something she prefers to keep hidden from (almost) everybody else.
