If you're still in the throuple however if you fail to get the contracts, Josy says she's not giving up on the throuple. This dialogue makes it seem we get both, if I remember Josy's reaction later in the episode correctly if you're in a Josy-focused throuple: Both throuple to solo-Josy and Others to dating Josy.

True. But what she thinks and her expression is imo more important than what she says. It was already quite clear that she has strong doubts about the throuple and would rather continue solo with MC. I'm just saying that this moment in the game also makes it imo clear to the player that when on the Others route, she's planning to leave Maya for MC if you fail to get the contract.

but to be honest I think that ship has sailed already.
Zoey barely showed up and you can decide to torpedoing your current relationship and go back to her, or not,
but on the other hand, you cant get off from a main girl path for an another main girl, or jump to a main girl from the others path.

Yeah I think season 3 is actually settled down this debate. and the final stretch / part of the game, regarding of main girls, will be about whether you can keep it, till the end and get a happy conclusion or fuck it up and end up a sort fo bad ending.

and the others path has its entirely separated theme, regardless of the main girls , you wont be jumping back at on their path.

It may will have this " teasing " and having this giving you a second thought. But it's like Jill's halloween costume. Yeah she looks hotter in her Bee costume, but you wont gonna Fuck her at the end of the party.

regarding of the "main girls " , on the Others's path , the qestion is gonna be about , a : "what could have been" and you actually can see what it could by being on their path. and there you have it, you know the answer what you want as player.
