What worked for me was not timing clicking, but holding down the button and then timing the release. Way easier.

I wonder why DPC gives us this last minute chance to back out of having feelings for Maya and Josy. Don't get me wrong, I like having that option, but it makes the choice back in Episode 5 a bit superfluous. Maybe I'm just used to being locked into choices that I'm reacting to this differently.
