I think there is an option in the swyper conversation with Arieth to ask her to show the convo to Elena and I'm pretty sure Arieth refuses to do it. So not only is it not canon, but in a sense it doesn't happen at all.

MC can also tell Sage about Arieth's STD during their guitar lesson and Sage at least promises to do something about it, but there is no indication of it leading to anywhere.
