The 2nd one. The patch just updates Season 3 to the latest version (if you had downloaded an older copy). Play Season 1&2 and then import your “finished” save to Season3 when you are ready. The 18.6 gb is the (current) full version of 3. Have fun!

Ngl if it does happen, I don't think MC will be a stepfather but instead something like the occasional lover and stephen being "real father"

But yeah that is why DPC kind of did a self sabotage with the return to zoey plot because now the group will be antagonistic against the MC if he decides to break things off.

I still believe zoey should have been done in the others path.
