Hey, all. It's been a rough week for me. The flu I woke up with last Friday got pretty intense, and I'm still feeling some of the symptoms today. But it has been going in the right direction since Tuesday, and I have been able to work since the end of the weekend. It reminds me a lot of how I felt the time I caught COVID, so I'm not ruling out that it's a similar bug again.

Bleh! I'll be fully back on track in a few days from now, and I am working as normal now, so that's good.

I finished the special scene I had been working on, and with that, I had caught up on all writing for completed scenes. Since then, I have played the episode, fixed things here and there, planned and focused on writing dialogue. I will continue focusing on writing in the upcoming week.

The overall progress of episode 12 development at the moment is the following.

  • Static renders are probably around 30-35% done for the episode.
  • Posed animations are higher and estimated at 40-45%.
  • I have barely started with music and sound effects work; it will wait for later.
Here is an image showing the episode 12 timeline and how the scenes with completed art are distributed throughout the episode.

As you can tell, I've primarily been working chronologically, with some exceptions here and there. I have created a lot of canon content for the episode so far.

I wanted to make a throuple playthrough focused on Josy so I can finally get her scene in Episode 11 (I have 3 throuple saves and all are in favor of Maya) just so I can choose not to say ILY and have that save ready for Iris. The problem is that I loaded up a save with throuple and Sage as fuck buddy. Now I'm finishing Season 2 and this damn redhead is making it hard not to make another Sage playthrough. screenshot0008.png
